Standard Charterd Bank one of HFH Zambia long standing partners remains at the forefront of the Cooperate sector’s move toward a more integrated and targeted community support strategy – that of building a sustainable system of empowering poor and low-income families. Over the past quarter Standard Charted has through their emoyee volunteer programme sent over ninety members of staff to contribute ‘sweat equity’ at various Habitat for Humanity sites. This has proven to be a great team-building and morale-boosting event for Standard Chartered employees bringing the issues affecting the vulnerable into perspective.
