HFHZ appoints new Resource Development and Communictaions Manager

In June, 2010, HFH Zambia was happy to welcome into the Habitat family, Linda Sharon Mafonko as its new Resource Development and Communications Manager.
Linda has come onboard to take up a challenging position and lead this department to greater achievements.

Linda has the following to say about her joining the HFH Zambia family:“It was my pleasure and honor to join the Habitat for Humanity Zambia’s family in June 2010 as Resource Development and Communications Manager. Since then, I have been overwhelmed by the wholesome friendliness and openness of the staff right through to communities we serve. There is also a perpetual sense of humility that is prevalent when our people discuss any aspect of HFH Zambia, be it our programs Mortgage or the Vulnerable Group Housing, Global village or our fast growing success.”

As for her future plans with the department and the organization Linda says, “ I pray, that the Resource Development & Communications Department will be a proactive leader, identifying issues and offering innovative solutions to enable HFH Zambia accomplish goals and provide quality service to staff, loyal friends, partners, donors, sponsors, volunteers and those who contribute towards our program more effectively and efficiently. “
We are very excited to have her on board and it is our pleasure to introduce Linda to all our partners and stakeholders.
